2008-2009 Recreational Skiing

Rec Boarding/Skiing Parents, Students, and Alumni:

I’ve just looked at the season pass prices on each web site for Schweitzer, Silver and 49 Degrees North.  The sale price rates for all three are quite closely comparable for next year.  Junior passes, up to age 17, are essentially the same at all three places.  College-age rates are available at Schweitzer and Silver only.  Adult tickets are approximately the same if you compare the Sunday through Friday pass at Schweitzer to the regular adult passes at 49 North and Silver, which don’t have a Sun-F pass. 

Because most people always state their preference as being for Schweitzer, and no major price differences exist, we will plan to go to Schweitzer again.  I am working with Schweitzer to get a bulk rate for next year’s tickets and passes.  I hope to know soon what the prices will be, and the deadlines for purchasing them.  I’ll share this as soon as possible.  If you do not wish to wait, you may purchase individually online at Schweitzer Mountain’s website.  $599 Adult unlimited; $199 Junior 7-17; $399 Sunday-Friday pass; $299 College age.  These prices are good through June 1st.
