WELCOME TO ACADEMY DAY, 2023
We’re so glad you’re here! This is your opportunity to ask questions, meet new friends, and explore possibilities here at Upper Columbia Academy. We hope you’ll like what you discover!
Make sure to pick up your backpack and nametag at the registration table just inside the gym entrance. Check the zipper pocket for your UCA water tower sticker (designed by current UCA senior, Gabrielle Townsend) and a coupon for a goodie from the UCA Bakery.
If you have any questions during the day, any staff member will be happy to assist you and help you find what you’re looking for.
Have a wonderful time!

The Wellness Center will be open from 12-1:30 p.m. Stop by for more information and to talk to Program Director, Stephanie Gladding. The Wellness Center is the Olin Peach Power House, located between the Wallace Dining Commons and Lacey Hall.
The UCA Riding Center is offering tours from 3:45-4:30 p.m. If you are interested in riding next school year, this is a great time to learn more about our equestrian program. Come by and discuss riding lessons, work opportunities, and boarding your horse with us. The staff will be available in the Indoor Riding Arena to meet with you. If you’d like to drive to the barn, head west on Spangle-Waverly Road and turn right into the driveway just on the other side of the railroad tracks.
The Farmstand will be open from 3:45 – 4:30 p.m. Come by on your way out and redeem your coupon for a delicious goodie. There will also be other breads and treats for sale, so make sure not to skip this stop! The Farmstand is located right next to the greenhouse just off of Spangle-Waverly Road.
